So I’ve been having this problem..
I’ve gotten into a very bad habit of binge eating. I’ll get home from work or school and I wont really have had much earlier that day so already I’m pretty hungry. I eat more than I should when I binge and most of the time it’s junk. I try and keep myself motivated and try to stop myself it just seems like I dont care when it happens then a few hours later I get super guilty. I’m trying to work on portion control but i don’t really know how to stop this horrible ravenous side of me. I’m thinking i’m just gonna fast tomorrow and give my system a break.
:/ sigh and I was doing so good for awhile…
